This program is designed for both men and women who are new to rowing with emphasis on teaching good rowing technique, enabling you to advance in the sport, quickly and safely.
Three consecutive weekly two hour classes, with the same coach and crew members.
Modern equipment designed for beginners.
Unlimited use of gym and rowing ergos (during opening hours).
Personalised instruction in groups of four.
Only $155 per person for 3 x 2h lessons

If you would like to form your own group of four, contact us through booking form and we can arrange times and dates to suit.
All you need is to wear sports gear that allows you to move freely, including socks and runners.
A bottle of water, sunglasses, cap and sunscreen is also important in summer months.
During the cooler months a light rain jacket may be needed
Although we have never had a class fall in we do require our Learn to Row class members to be able to swim.
When you book we do require you to be able to attend the three classes advertised. We cant offer make up classes for the ones you miss.
If you cant make the dates advertised, sign up to join our waiting list and we’ll let you know when more are available.
We teach lessons in most weather unless it’s unsafe such as high winds or lightening.
If we do need to cancel a class due to bad weather the Coach will contact class members directly.
