WARMUP
Time: 5-10mins

Repeat exercises 2 to 6 more than once if you have time.

10 reps

5 - 10 reps

High knee running on the spot
10 reps each leg
FITNESS CIRCUIT
Warm up using circuit above.
Complete as many repetitions of one exercise in 40 seconds then rest for 20 seconds.
1 to 2 min rest after completing all 7 exercises.
Repeat circuit up to 4 times to complete 28 mins of exercise.
